  • Opening shutters and windows to air property

  • Flushing all toilets and bidets - also check for leaks

  • Running all taps and check for leaks

  • Appliance checks

  • External and internal security checks

  • Telephone call, e-mail or fax to owner reporting any apparent problems that may require attention

From £25 per month
(6, 9 or 12 month contract)		 GOLD

  • Water gardens, patio, rooftop & plants

  • Appliance checks/ preparation prior to your arrival, e.g. switch on freezer, fridge, hot water, air condition unit

  • Welcome pack for your arrival

  • Check pool (if applicable) gardens and private areas

  • Telephone call, e-mail or fax to owner reporting any apparent problems that may require attention

From £50 per month
(6, 9 or 12 month contract)

 

 

Get Your Property on the Web

Advertise your own property to rent or sell using our web site. We have pages and pages of various local information i.e. Flights, Insurance, Car Hire, Golf, Marinas, Beaches, Theme Parks, Maps, Local Cities, Costa Blanca News, Tourist Offices etc.

For a small annual fee, you can advertise your own property with any two photographs, text, and prices using your own contact e-mail, telephone or fax numbers

For a small charge of £75.00 will get your property on the world wide web for a whole year.
